42 days in a row I moved my butt everyday for approx. 8km, it’s nothing I can brag with, because if I wouldn’t do it I die because of misuse of sugar (chocolate, cookies, etc.).

It’s fascinating me that I was able to build that habit in doing this, but still can’t getting rid of my addiction. … just human or plain dumb? :-)

It’s a sad thing how sugar is presented to us in so many different forms and included in 90% of preprocessed food you can buy anyhow, for such a low amount of money usually, too.

I’m wondering seriously what are the thoughts about that, by pharmaceutical companies and similar?
