I planned to have an active day with my older daughter, already on mid-term break, but my back came back and that meant pain. The nasty thing with it, I didn’t do any hard work at all - may I turned quickly during my sleep, I can’t remember. I did a lot of walking and also slept close to two hours, the best medicine for it; anything in between means pain.

If I would be on a better diet, without sugar, may it wouldn’t even occur. The industrialized produced Sugar, I take in supports the inflammations anywhere in the body. So, not what you want for a healthy body.

Have to mention again Yuval Noah Harari’s “21 Lessons for the 21st Century”, because it reflects a lot my own thoughts, too. I’m not that deep into all the details, but I believe if we allow ourselves the very often used “common sense” to surface again in our society, it would help a lot. But this for sure, is only possible if we are not allowing anymore, to get our life’s time filled up with useless stuff continuously. In my understanding also the perfect solution to tackle climate change due drastically reducing pollution, because we think more about what’s really important and need to be done. Our escape plan from planet earth derives of all the pollution we created in the first place, because of our drive to need more of everything.

In my opinion what we really need is time to think and develop our consciousness further in the first place. Then we are able to loose all the rush we are artificial created and can commit to the further development of humankind, instead of its pure survival.
