On my walk today I had a conversation with myself. I used a piece of Software, kinda complaining about what’s missing, did voice recording. I came to the point that there is still a long way to go with many of our technologies. It really doesn’t fit yet our imagination, of what sould be possible.

The main thread I started to see was about how many things are not properly documented (aka Knowledge base 🤓). I worked for quite large companies once, in the IT area and the majority of people, at least I came across, kept a lot for themselves. Just let us call it “Documentation fatigue”. But talking to them often revealed, it laid a way deeper, it was about Job security.

The opposite would be required, sharing the right tools, document the work thoroughly and really working together, to make it better for all involved parties.

That is for me the main reason that all big companies fail, maybe even humanity, because the fear of really sharing, to make it a better place for all of us, without judging or excuses, exists.
