The good things with habits ...
I was really in a bad mood, cranky and kind of frustrated today - slow throughout the day. But I did the walk, a little workout, I was the whole time tense. But all this doesn’t matter, the habit took over and the day is saved.
I don’t care how little I achieved today, because I kept me going and that is the important part. So do the work and never give up yourself, life is the gift, not what we allow our brain - with all the outside manipulation around it - sometimes to make out of it.
