It is really fascinating how your brain, trained by yourself hopefully, keep up the habits you are willing to let stay. I felt really not well today, but doing my, today indoor, walking it helped me and I feel even better now.

For me it shows two things, how great our brains are and that it can be manipulated for bad or good. The sensitive point is, are we doing it for ourselves, for the good of others, or do we let it happen to be manipulated from our surroundings.

It is always the right time to be aware and figure it out, maybe right now.
