Becoming a night owl ...
Already 23:00 and so much to do, but don’t try to get any useful output from me before 14:00. Is it healthy to be active that late? I hope it’s only different and doesn’t kick back on my health in the end.
To much sugar for the day and to much screen time, in front of the computer. There is so much to learn and I’m so slow - sometimes it makes me really angry about myself, but then I let go.
It was a beautiful evening walk today, so many birds to watch and I miss flying. As Leonardo Da Vinci said “Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.”
