Why break it apart ...
Make NPO’s (None Profit Organizations) out of it. That is what I thought today, when ATP’s John (Podcast Ep.391) mentioned it casual in his dialog about Apple’s recent misbehaviors.
Because if the big companies (Apple, Alphabet = Google, Microsoft, Amazon, …) getting broken into parts, it would make no differences under “capitalistic views”, because they’ll find backdoors to work together like they were never separated in the first place. They’ll even use the opportunity to get rid of “unwanted stuff” and will outsourcing even more of their employees, because they have to “save money” now.
But back to the sweetness of this idea, as I would imagine it. All the smart people that create all this interesting products can still work together in teams and overarching transparency would be part of it, too.
No games of discrimination or favoritism anymore.
I really like this idea, it would be a first step in clearing out the mess we let build up over time.
