Seventeen days without additional sugar in form of ice-cream, chocolate, cookies - as an addict - a conscious break for a birthday cake and back to none.

Still to much sugar anyhow for a healthy diet, as I eat bread and processed foods, including refined oils (the fatty part) = not good.

But today I tried it with willpower and failed in the evening, the perfect “not right time” to eat sweets.

Tomorrow is “Apple day” and Wednesday I’ll go back to have nothing around anymore, because doing this with willpower is usually the most clumsy kind you can try to change your diet.

But I won’t give up, because I love my life - even with all the not so great things / developments around.
