I had a very long night without being able to fall asleep.

My whole planning was kinda gone because I was continuously tired and without any imagination of what to do to feel better, stronger.

I walked later in the day, but also this took a energy toll - sometimes amazing, when the brain and the rest of your body isn’t really in sync.

Wasted time, not really - still be able to see, listen and hopefully understand life a tiny bit better again.
