I was able to walk outside today and it helped a lot.
Problems occurred yesterday are dissolved today and I’m still a very lucky guy in so many ways, I tend to forget that.

The challenges are not gone - we have to address many things, to keep us all “in the game of life”. I still like to be alive and I want that experience for my kids, too.
