When I feel down ...
I have to remember, to realize …
- I’m alive, so, I can experience it.
- I can write, so, the brain works.
- I can listen and learn.
I hope my sleeping improves, I’ve to deal with sleep deprivation during the last couple of days, while my sugar consumption dropped by 85%, too.
I try to keep it that way and hope on the long run it will help my body to perform better.
