For both of my girls it was today. I’m confident that my older one arrived safe at her chosen home as well.

My back reminded me it’s still there to annoy me at times. But it also gives me a perspective on how good it is to be free of pain.

So I’m looking forward to a “freeing night” and a better day tomorrow.
