To see no positive development, except more weapons getting produced, used, …, seeing all the destruction, not caused by nature itself.

Instead of putting all the knowledge/manpower/money in the conservation of this planet and all the life (its diversity) on it.

The planet will stay for sure, but what a waste of life in general and what humanity had could have become.

I know, a pretty sad statement and tomorrow I’ll wake up and try to do better, maybe altogether less (energy waste), to save the earth.
