Took me quite a while on the web & phone to change something, but at what costs …

- The homepage send you around until you simply give up (how to cancel your contract)
- 40 minutes on the phone, because when they want your money, they can be reached immediately, for sure I had to pay first but at least they handled it not to throw me off the line until the contract was canceled. For sure I’ve to pay the 40 minutes on the phone as well.
I often wondering then, when companies like these are complaining about fraudulent customers, but the environment to widen the base for this abuse is setup by themselves. Like Marketing (wrong) statements, “unauthorized payments that are taken from customers” that even get made public and the accused companies telling everyone, a system error caused them. - I don’t think so.
And once more, they - we, do it for the money.
Imagine a world without all this and I don’t even have to write about it.
