A day of ...
Worry, fear and sadness, followed by the hope for a “sustainable surprise”.
I called in the morning the veterinarian and he wasn’t to sure if our dog is on the right path. Later in the afternoon he called again and from his point of view it looked like we should put our dog to sleep.
Completely sad, my daughter and I drove, after she came home from school, to the clinic and already on the way the doctor called us, he’s seeing improvements.
As we arrived, it was even better and our girl (the dog) was able to stand and even wanted to come with us already, I hope and way more positiv now, that she’ll survive and be with us for another couple of years.
It cost us a lot of mental energy, this day, but as I know that the only one really certain thing in life is death, that life is strong, we should believe in it and live it to the fullest, enjoy any minute we have, not at the expense of others / not standing on the shoulders of others and to be kind to all life.
