My stupidity (addiction) as well.
I bought sugar and ate already more, than I was agreeing on, with myself.

I worked through a lot of stuff today, a lot of the past, a lot of things they didn’t worked out as they should have.

But I’m not believing in the “I’ll feel loss, about all the missed opportunities, as I made the wrong choices in my life” on my deathbed thingy anymore.
Because, I already had a good life so far, that billions did not have and are living in the same time frame, like myself.

Only one of the many stories, that are mostly used to sell you the courses, the books, the experiences, … and for sure, I did part of this, too.

But now, anyone has the opportunity to do great, become a real hero, by simple doing, buying, consuming less - to give this planet a breather and embrace biodiversity, to “live and let live”.
