That I was allowed to work outside all day long and my back didn’t gave up on me.

That definitely helps with self-esteem and gives hope that not all is lost for me, even with the “bad results” of the MRI, I undertook not to long ago.

So never give up - never surrender, life is there to be lived, but not on the shoulders / the expenses of others and not to forget to be kind to all life, as good as possible.
