Basics.

I woke up - thankful for that.
With my inner clock working still very good, woke up ~20 minutes before the alarm.

I brought my daughter, in time, to her bus - thankful for that.

Back home I got the car “dry”, before I parked it in the garage. In a country like Ireland, you have “to keep the water at bay”, the humidity otherwise “destroys anything” (corrosion/mold).

I had a nice breakfast and afterwards, I drove with the bike through the rain, had a nice conversation with a small shop owner. He helped me out, with oil for my brakes on the bike - thankful for that.

I found a useful Christmas present for my daughter. It would be so nice, if I could do the same for my older daughter, but as she doesn’t share anything from her life with me, I only can give her a little bit of money, hoping she’s buying something that makes her happy - not only for a moment.

I love them both and hope they’ll have both a good life ahead - it won’t get easier for anyone, looking at COP29 (2024).

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
