It was a ...
Good bright day.
Until the evening, when a “nice street neighbour” decided to use my gated property, by opening the gate itself to turn his broken tractor, not telling me upfront.
I went out in the dark, because being curious and asked him, if I would do that at his place, he’ll be kind as well, to just not get attacked by him, as he already took off his jacket, shouting at me.
That’s rural Ireland, it looks like, at its best.
I guess, I know why he was so aggressive, because not happy with his tractor, but simple vent it out towards someone else and also accessing property, without asking. I would even have had helped, so possible … and I’m still wondering, why we have so many wars on this planet 🙃
I hope, he doesn’t kill me (my daughters) next time, when I’m walking on the road, or driving the bike, because his ego was hurt. He’s usually one of the “fast drivers” in our single lane road.
So happy to have a roof over my head, looking to the North-west US and the storm they face - I’m still the lucky one.
Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
