Only about me mainly, because it is so tiring to see from my point of view the positive at present in the world.

I’m aware, there is a lot of good still out there, otherwise I, we wouldn’t be here anymore. Life still does take good care on me.

I’m maybe just not awake enough to see it. I had another very bad night, 4 times awake, three times my old dog woke me up.

I definitely need more sleep again, I did 10km today in beautiful sunshine, but the energy to move stuff forward isn’t to be found, yet.

As always - I will never give up, never surrender.
