It depends ...
What we really need and what we’re usually strive for.
I read about a Buddhist monk, who travels with only three piece’s of clothes, a little cooking device, barefoot and only eats once a day, sleeping outside.
I’m struggling all the time with just this little fact, that we could do very well with much more less. On the other side technology, that allows us to e.g. fly.
I love flying (not as passenger 😉).
The biggest problem, as I see it, how much of our technology is misused to deceive, dumb down, destruct and kill life on this planet.
I always have to questioning myself too - at which point technology I’m using becomes only egoistically serving and not purposefully, symbiotically supporting all life 🤔
This question is always really hard to face, not excusing oneself from it, what I still do to often, I think.
Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
