Was fine, until it wasn’t.

I should have listen to my Orthopaedic, to not take pain medication, to better monitor my spine. But stupid me, this time I started right away and today, I had a warm bath, felt really good, tried to put on my trousers like normal and 💩

The pain was … eye watering.

And it didn’t stopped, I wasn’t even able to drive, picking up my daughter as planned later in the day.

So what I did was a lot of walking with crutches in the house and lying down in between. Getting up again 💩

So great job, Stefan - you really f##ed it up for yourself today.
