I feel today. Really thankful for that, it took the whole day, but it got good to the end, with “better”.

I hope, to stay alert enough, to not put myself back into the “pain place”.

Listened to the “famous Oval Office meeting”, like a bad movie, but IRL 🤯

So be sure, to always write upfront the letter, about how thankful you’re that the US exists, but please be precise, that “Trump and his closest staff exists”.

Once more and this is also tiring, to write it again and again … we don’t have time for any of this anymore, if we want to survive, keep this planet inhabitable for all life.

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
