Today, so it must be going better right, right …

I guess it does, I walked more today, but the wind let it feel so cold.

Still unintentionally, there is pain creeping up the spine, but I can move freely again, that’s already so much better.

I’m optimistic, it will be soon like new (old me) 🤭

Funny side note, I lost more than 1kg in body weight. I think, unfortunately the wrong kind of it = muscles instead of fat.

I had a conversation via text with my older daughter. It’s nice to hear from her and I hope she’s fine, as she doesn’t usually share details about her life with me anymore.
