All day long and blue skies.

I still needed long underwear and a wind tight jacket, as I drove the bike, in the morning.

I worked in the afternoon outside again and my back is holding up just fine. I’m happy about that, slow but steady = good enough for me.

In the evening, I picked up my daughter, she had a day off with friends, had fun too.

I hope, to keep up with this streak of moving things forward.

I try to avoid looking to far around (news), concentrating on what I can change.

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
