Not what you wish for, when your lungs aren’t working properly.

The “darkness” of the day also wasn’t helping much to feel better, a lot of heartburn too, the medications “kills all bacteria”, including the good stuff.

I couldn’t sleep in the last 24 hours. I only had 2-1/2hrs. And hope to improve this number today, because my body needs rest to heal.

I wish us (life) - peace, to be able to heal altogether.
