Sunshine and ...
Walking along the sea in Bantry. The “salty breeze” definitely helped my lungs staying mostly relaxed, the sun did the rest. Altogether, I walked for 8km, with only a little bit of coughing.
I hope, the x-ray, e.g. will support this positive development and it will now go towards a complete, sustainable recovery.
I took a hitchhiker with me, a young fellow, who is (white, only for explanation - for me it doesn’t has any other implications 😉) Irish, but sees Uganda as his chosen, second home. It’s good, to meet young people, that are open minded and don’t fear “the world = other people/places”.
I miss this flexibility in myself, mainly because of my dis functional health and the “money issues”, that I can’t really escape, if I tell everyone else about responsibility.
So it was a really good day for me - I got quite emotional at times, as I love the water, the blue skies - dreamed about swimming, being on a sail yacht, flying a sailplane, … being a bird in my “next life” (Albatross preferred)
I hope for my daughters, they also had a great day - I miss them very much.
Deeply thankful and I hope, to be allowed waking up tomorrow again.
Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
For (all) life - love, empathy and responsibility, Stefan
