But I drove my bike in the evening and there was no rain and so much life to see outside. No humans on bikes, or foot for sure, it is kind of sad, but reality.

I had a bad day yesterday and my doctor agreed with me, after 12 weeks, there should be no setback like that anymore. So tomorrow, or the day after, I’ve to visit the hospital again - I hope, it will be only me, being to impatient.

I felt way better today, took it still easy, on the bike. But without the movement, my back gets annoying and I need a bit of relaxation, for a longer time altogether.

I’m happy, that my daughter came here, to play with her friends on the computer 🙄, but the important part, having her around.

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
