450 again after a very humid afternoon, not what I was aiming for 😢

Tomorrow morning, the Hospital visit will hopefully bring up some clarifications what is going on with me.

I do need at least a path forward, as so far the medications I’m actively take aren’t helping, as they usually did.

I will not loose hope in my life, will not surrender, will not give up.
