With the eBike today, but I needed a couple of stops. A lot of bird traffic was observed and enjoyed, too 😃

The coughing got easier, one of the “known” medication, I took over years, only when needed for sure, kicked in and looks like helping.

More concerning for me, that my lung volume won’t increase to better values. With the actual amount available to me, I can’t hardly do any meaningful physical work, nor training. Exhaustion creeps in quickly and recovery takes more time, too.

At least one good thing this situation reveals, you learn how people who are chronically sick with Asthma, what I still hope I won’t become too, are going through.

I really want to help my neighbor tomorrow again, be able in doing so.

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
