I gained a little faith again and hope to not be betrayed again. My lung volume was above 500 (500-510) stable for the day. There was coughing a couple of times during throughout the day and way too tired - okay I’m fighting with stupidity / addiction and ate sugar late yesterday. Who wonders, when I got heavy heartburn and was half the night awake, as my stomach had to work a lot throughout the night. Today again, I repeated the high sugar intake - I’m such a weak creature.

I hope, my neighbour is fine, he didn’t came back to me yesterday, asking for help and I wasn’t able to identify progress today either. Maybe he’s smarter than me and took time off, to recover for the weekend, as he has a full-time job (manual work, too).

My back, let me down today, but the pain didn’t increase and I hope, I can sleep through today.

I’m looking forward to a good week ahead of us all, with more peaceful decisions made around the world.
