Cold day here it was.

My coughing and my back, both had to fetch for attention throughout the day, always this competition everywhere 🙄

But feeling better now and hope to continue with “the better” tomorrow.

I moved myself a lot today, always in the back of my head “what if …” my back kicks in badly again, it didn’t, but all this takes energy and doesn’t help to concentrate.

Yeah, decided to repeat myself … It’s way better now in the evening and I was able to address a few things, “baby steps” going forward.

I listened to the launch party of Home Assistant .8. That gives me always a little of a “purpose feeling”, even though I don’t contribute, wouldn’t know what I could provide - so much to learn, so slow I am with the process.

One of the saddest news today, the local grocery store is closing its doors next April, unfortunately not a joke and it will have a negative impact on the community.

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
