Let down, by everything that defines “a good life”.

I’ve headache and a cold - so again sick, that what I’m sick off.

For sure, I did win nothing. I explained recently what for me defines wining.
I can’t do a lot, not helpful to myself nor others, that is highly frustrating for me.

I still want to live, the ego wants to do more, always.
Never give up - never surrender …

Enjoy any minute of your life, not on the shoulders, not on expenses of others, be as kind as possible to all life, including humans and yourself.
